The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, California, located on the historic Presidio of Monterey, is the U.S. Department of Defense's premier school for intensive foreign language training. It trains thousands of military personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) annually in 17+ languages over 6–12-month courses, emphasizing near-native proficiency and cultural immersion to support national security.

PLAZA LINDA
Our History is rooted in being born into a family restaurant business in Carmel Valley Village, near Carmel-by-The-Sea in Northern California that started in 1963. His operational experience at Plaza Linda Mexican Restaurant, where he mastered restaurant fundamentals serving families, locals, tourist, famous people and military personal attached to Fort Ord, Navy Post Graduate School and US Army Base Presidio of Monterey.

We operated a full service Restaurant, Catering, Bar and Live Music lounge in Scenic Monterey Peninsula.
